“I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Venue hire is not open on Saturdays and thus the library is required to setup for any Saturday events. We have spoken to the Saturday librarian about this matter. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Once again I do apologise and am happy to provide your Saturday 17th September room free of charge.”
